Lower Back Pain and Knee pain
Hi Doctor, I am suffering from extreme lower back pain and pain in left knee for sometime now. After squats I am not able to get up immediately. It takes sometime for knee to get straight and then I am able to get up and walk around. Same is the case with lower back and a point in the middle of spine as well. After every 30 minutes I feel like lying down as the pain at both points increases. Also, I am not able to sit without a back support. I got my full body check done yesterday and Vitamin D is 11. Just wanted to keep you informed of this. Kindly suggest what to do.
