Hi sir, at the outset by reading mri report it can be only told that multiple disc bulges, with sacroilitis n spondylolysis are the major cause for the pain. Since you stay in Bangalore, let me know the location in chat. I can do the needful.

Difficult to decide just by MRI results .. clinical examination needed. Kindly consult a physio. try to approach a MDT certified or trained physio as they can best guide for back pain.

Due to disc bulge you are feeling lower back pain, improper posture, prolonged standing, deficiency of calcium, no rest, long sitting on chair or improperlying on bed and using screen, there are many reasons for this. You can visit nearest physiotherapy center and take IFT+US for 10-15 days to reduce pain adn later lower back muscle strengthening exercises will help reduce pain and gain strength completely. Maintain proper posture, dont bend forward or backward, no heavy lifting, proper sleep and if taken 1 week complete rest with physio treatment it can be reduced in 10 days as well.

You would require at least 10 sessions of treatment. This would include mobilization, strengthening and stretching exercises and some electrotherapy. Physiowise Orthopaedics and Sports Physiotherapy, Kalyan Nagar
