Consult with a doctor

Hi, I would like to have a detailed consult with you. It's important for me to fully understand your complaints. A lot of times  low vitamin d levels are believed to be the cause of all problems when it isn't. I would also strongly suggest supplementation of vitamin d and b12 in your diet as opposed to pills. B12 is something you should replace with tablets or injections for the shorter run but for the long run, dietary changes will be better

You can take injection cyanocobalamin 1000 mcg weekly once for 5 weeks.Tinnitus could be due to inner ear issues, consult a ENT specialist in your area for a clinical examination and to determine the cause of tinnitus.
