Low testosterone
What is best and proven way to increase testosterone levels, I've been exercising regularly 3-4 times a week, taking Multivitamins and fish oil and moderate high quality protein. I'm a 33 yr old male married for 4yrs and having a 3yr old son. My FSH 1.6 LH 3.1 and testosterone 242ng/DL, I'm 5'8" weighing 82kgs. I have ED problem as well.
