Low platelet count
My father aged 59 usually has a platelet count in range of 90,000-1,20,000 But today the count has decreased to 75,000 Pls help

Normal platelets are supposed to be between 1.5lakhs to 3 lakhs. Your father is always having a low platelets and now further fall noted. Usually such low platelets are seen in some diseases, commonly in liver disease. It would have been better if your father have any such compliant. It's difficult to opine with little information.

Relax... 75000 is fine. Has the fever settled down? Did you get tested for Dengue (NS1)?
