Low lying placenta
I am 13 weeks pregnant and got my reports as low lying placenta. Need to travel due to some emergency (By flight to Ranchi & 2 hrs car to Jsr) Can I travel?? Pls suggest

Travel should be avoided until or unless it's an emergency.Travel by flight and train is okay ,but try to avoid road trip .

You are only 13 weeks pregnant. Cervix is closed, tubular and 3.1 cm long. Placenta is only reaching upto the cervix. It doesn't point towards placenta previa . As time passes you will see that placenta shifts. As far as your travelling is concerned it should be avoided because you have to travel by road for some distance. We have to go by "zero risk" approach. So traveling should be avoided.
