I am currently 15 weeks and having low lying placenta do I need to be on complete bed rest or can travel to office 25 mins far from home ?

15weeks low lying can ascend up in the subsequent weeks.As of now no need of complete bed rest but just be little cautious and take medical help if there are any symptoms.like bleeding or spotting
