My mother's hemoglobin was 6.7 on 24th June however after again a recheck on 29th June,it reached 7.6,I changed her diet and started giving her food that helps in formation of hemoglobin from 24th ,my doctor suggested for blood transfusion with 1 pint even after seeing the increased hemoglobin, the problem is I am afraid to visit hospitals right now due to risk of corona and other infections, my mother has weak immunity due to pre-existing conditions like thyriod,
diabetes, blood pressure ,please suggest me what should be done,should I wait to cover up the hemoglobin with good diet or should I get her transfused?
