Hello, please ensure you are eating a lot of fruits, foods like raisin, dates, figs, along with some nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista etc. Please drink 2 glasses of milk and 2 cups curd daily. Include 2 types of vegetables daily. Drink 1 glass of betteroot juice daily morning for 2 weeks to see some good improvement.a All the best!!!
