Hi I can surely help you in planning the diet for your mother that need to be low purine diet. I want to mention ...your mother don't have to eliminate all the protein rich foods in your diet as if you do then your mother body will become weak. But I cannot give you any diet plan without one to one discussion about your mother diet schedule, vitals and whole medical history. I would recommend you to have a one to one counselling session of your mother and me and then take personalized plan as random tip or random plan can harm her health. If you want to have personalised plan then you can connect me through personal chat option or call me or WhatsApp me at  the number mentioned on my Practo profile Disclaimer - Tip may vary if you suffering from any other medical issue...

Avoid high protein rich food. But during medical condition it’s better to get her heat level ( vaat/ pit/ kapha) checked and go accordingly. As you should know the reason why she is facing such problem. High uric acid is a symptom not a disease. Best is to treat that reason due to that this is happening. On an initial note you can avoid high protein meal likewise red meat/ chicken / fish/ egg/ legumes etc. For proper cure you should get her constitution check and plan a pattern accordingly
