Low grade fever last 10 days
All investigations are done Dengue Malaria Typhoid CBC Liver Platelets counts are decreasing day by day due to taking antibiotics like Zifi-O and Doxi. While fever taking Dolo 650mg. I have already consulted some MBBS and MD doctor with good experience in Chandigarh but no one able to find diagnosis problem. Mostly it could be due to a viral infection.As it more than 2 weeks , repeat the same tests,and COVID-19 PCR test as well.

If platelet count is decreased after some fever, could be some other viral infection. Take paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 3 days. Take pappaya, pomegranate   pumpkin, green leafy vegetables,  beetroot. Repeat platelet count after 5 days.
