Platelets counts are decreasing day by day due to taking antibiotics like Zifi-O and Doxi. While fever taking Dolo 650mg.
I have already consulted some MBBS and MD doctor with good experience in Chandigarh but no one able to find diagnosis problem. So I am writing in Practo is any doctor have faced such case and treatment. Please help me.

If platelet count is decreased after some fever, could be some other viral infection.
Take paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 3 days.
Take pappaya, pomegranate pumpkin, green leafy vegetables, beetroot.
Repeat platelet count after 5 days.
