Low grade ACL sprain
I was tumbling while cheerleading and injured my knee. It was unstable, locking, and In pain. It has been a week and I am still unable to fully straighten my knee. I got an mri report that said: mild diffuse increased PD signal seen throughout the ACL without high-grade partial or full thickness tear. Moderate size knee effusion. 4cm baker cyst. What does this mean for my acl as I am an athlete and what would be the best treatment option?

My suggestion arthroscopic meniscus repair/ meniscectomy and ACL reconstruction with baker cyst decompression. This is the best option.
