Low carb diet in pregnancy
I have been managing type 2 diabetes with ketogenic/low carb diet without medication. I am pregnant now and I need advice on altering my diet to handle pregnancy and diabetes.

As you are pregnant stop ketogenic diet immediately. Take high protein and fiber rich foods also take foods rich in iron and calcium for healthy pregnancy .take complex carbs avoid simple sugar to manage diabetes. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
