Hi, Ideally I would like to know your routine blood pressure readings before pregnancy to understand if this is normal for you or not. It's important that you consume enough water during this phase. Bed rest is crucial. If you don't need any restriction because of a disease take at least 3 litres of water per day. Good, well cooked home food is a must Don't have to keep checking your blood pressure unless you feel too tired, dizzy, not passing enough urine or feel that your hands and feet are cold Take care. P S : If you do have a fever, diarrhea or vomiting or any other symptoms, so consult.

Dear Patient, Thank you for reaching out with your concern. A blood pressure reading of 90/65 mmHg can be considered on the lower side, especially postpartum. While it is not uncommon for blood pressure to fluctuate after delivery due to factors like fluid loss, breastfeeding, and hormonal changes, it is important to monitor for any symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, or lightheadedness. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, it would be advisable to seek further evaluation. To help maintain a normal blood pressure, ensure you are staying well-hydrated, eating a balanced diet rich in nutrients, and getting adequate rest. However, given that you are in your 5th month postpartum, it would be prudent to have a thorough assessment to rule out any underlying issues. I strongly recommend scheduling a consultation with me for a comprehensive evaluation and personalized advice. You can reach me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for further discussion or to book an appointment.

If you do not have dizziness or fatigue , I think it is normal since postpartum due to fluid loss in breastfeeding and especially in women who have had low bp since pre delivery , it is normal. But if you feel dizzy while getting up , or are very tired very often, then yes , consultation is required.
Next Steps
patient can increase salt content , have lots of ORS and coconut wait  , if very dizzy , or feeling delirius , in case of emergencies , patient can be given a spoon full of salt
Health Tips
do not let the diastolic BP fall below 50 mmhg . that is don't let it go from 90/60mmhg to 90/50 or 80/50 etc.

Upto 90/60 it's ok. U can add lamonade with pinces of salt three times, electral powder, butter milk with salt. Lift your leg against wall while lying for three minutes two times a day bp becomes normal. Black coffee two plates elevate the bp.

To manage low blood pressure, eat small, frequent meals, include salty and high-potassium foods like bananas, avocados, and coconut water, and consume caffeine, vitamin B12, and iron-rich foods like spinach, beans, and nuts.

They are normal BP readings as long as you have no other complaints. Consult if u have dizziness or excessive bleeding. Make sure u keep yourself hydrated and consume protein rich foods as postpartum is a stressful period.
