Low AFI at 32 weeks
I am 32 weeks pregnant by IVF .NOW AT 32 weeks I am Having fetal weight 1600gms. AFI is 7.6. I am in my native place doctor has asked to go back to chennai and take admission in good hospital for AFI.i am afraid .till 28 weeks  i took consultation  with apollo cradle .I am afraid pld suggest.also no sleep in nights only day time I could sleep.my BP is 140/90.taking largine.3 times.labetol for BP.asprin and progesterone. Going back to chennai tomorrow..

Don't  be  panic  continue   same   treatment     drink  plenty  of   water   fluids    get  doppler  studies  AFI  7.6  is  low  but  not  too  low  good luck

Afi shud be more than 10. Low afi with high blood pressure needs strict monitoring at a good setup with a good nicu backup
