All of us have different attachment styles and it looks like your attachment style would be a mix of anxious and avoidant attachment styles. Both these attachment styles come under insecure attachment styles and will need to be worked upon in a safe space so that the associated emotions can be brought up and released and once that is done we will slowly be able to move into a secure attachment style.
