For fat reduction you need to follow Balance diet which is low in calories, high fiber, moderate protein and low fat.
Need to have a balance of regular exercise with balance therapeutic diet, good sleep, stress management to achive sustainable healthy fat loss.
To plan your diet chart I need to know all below information :-
