Belly fat and love handle

Fat storage at belly and as well love handles. i do job so don't get tym for work out. I do half hr walking in mourning and at evening too. want loose it in one month. please help.

Hi, dramatic weight loss is risky and often ineffective; the faster you lose weight, the easier you can gain it back. Only real lifestyle changes can give you effective results. Try on these tips: Go for small meals. Include protein, fruits and vegetables at each meal. Make 50% of your grain choices whole grain.  Include healthy snacks. Cut out unhealthy foods. Drink lots of water. 30mins brisk walk twice a day is good enough.
