Hello practo user
I can understand the difficult situation that you are going through in your life . The symptoms that you have described can be due to some stress or negative event which is aggravating these distressing behaviours of social isolation and loss of interest. It is suggested that you try and talk to your close and trusted family members about your issues as disconnecting will not be helpful. Try and go for regular exercise to clear your mind and keep yourself active . You can download some deep breathing techniques on your phone and listen to them when you get a chance . At work try and set goals for each day and try and complete them in a limited time frame . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better evaluation and diagnosis , so that a treatment plan can be formulated to teach you healthy and positive coping strategies and skills through regular counseling sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist
