As per the details, currently your BMI is 19.1 kg/m2. BMI (18.5-22.9 for Asians) is an indicator of your health, which depends on your height & weight. As per the BMI indicators your weight should be between 50-62 kilos so that it is in the required BMI range of 18.5-22.9. Losing 10 kg further would mean your BMI will be 15.4 kg/m2 which means you would be underweight & may have a higher chance if having nutrient deficiency. I strongly recommend you to eat healthy, exercise regularly & maintain a healthy body weight. By exercising & eating right you can lose fat & also tone up your body. A personalized diet session is what you need to understand it completely.

Hi, thank you for your enquiry. Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of  first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates  & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Besides these factors, we need to take into account that there are no hormonal imbalances that can impede your rate of fat loss. For personalised online diet and exercise guidance please contact us.

Hi, Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Have whole grain cereals like millets and pulses Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day’s energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.
