Losing weight
I have lost 7 kg in the lockdown. I was 64, now I'm 57. I want to lose more but since 1 month i have been eating a bit unhealthy stuff. I have tried to come back to healthy and train my brain to eat in moderation. I also haven't got my periods since last month (i have pcod which was in control since a year) And I have a height of 5'2. Is it possible to lose more weight effectively without taking extreme measures? I also am trying to get back on running 20 minutes everyday. I do very limited resistance training. I want to end up with 50kg. Also, i bloat a lot. I eat 2 roti in afternoon, 1 in dinner. I don't have maida/sugar (mostly).

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Hi ! Stuck weight is referred to as weight plateau. You can try to include small frequent meals instead of 3 meals. Try changing your exercise routine and focus more on eating mindfully. I can help you via Intermittent fasting.
Next Steps
You can try Intermittent fasting to break the plateau.
