I want to lose weight. I want a diet chart that is easy to follow for a long time. Something practical and doable in day-to-day life. I need to lose atleast 10 kgs. I am a stay at home mom with a very active 2.5 year old so starving is not an option for me. I had a normal delivery, if that is a concern. I do yoga 5 days a week but that has not aided in any weight loss.
