You are in a growing age, better to take good meals which helps you to remain full. Avoid junk, sweet, fried items and cold drinks. Rest homemade food you can have. Drink milk and it's products.
Next Steps
Exercise 4 days a week or play some outdoor games like football, cricket, basketball, volleyball or swimming cycling anything which you like.
