Lose Weight
I'm a 17 years old girl, I've been exercising since last summer such as aerobics and go hiking, etc. I wanted to lose weight and I tried to do it and eat healthy food. But the problem is, I'm not losing weight, either I can see it on my body that If I lost some weight, my arms are getting more bigger and my legs too due to walking every day to school and I always take the stairs in my house. I wanted to get rid of my arm fat but all the things I have done, I didn't affect me at all...

Hi.. Doing exercises n having healthy food is not enough. It has to be done with proper guidance. Each body is different.. So u have to search the right plan n do things accordingly
