I want to lose some weight
I do yoga and exercise both and from my side itself I am keeping track of my diet but still I am not losing weight. Why is that?

Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts raw everyday. Avoid nonveg,oilyspicyfoods,fastfoods,presevedfoods,bakery foods,icecreams. Substitute millets for rice wheat. Physical activity as yoga,walking playing sports,swimming will also help.

There must be some underlying health issues for which u might not be loosing weight properly,pls do hypothyroidism test,pcod/pcos test,fatty liver test,diabetes test,kidney test pls.
