I am a short heighted girl and I guess I have a normal weight 55kgs.. I want to lose weight as I look fat as compared to my other collegues.. I don't have time to exercise as I'm busy with my college and exams.. I walk everyday for 30 mins

Hello, you finish your exams , now you cannot do any exercises , have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. For ladies aerobic exercises and yoga works better , in medical terms BMI more than 30 is called obesity , .Skipping ,swimming ,cycling burns stored fat
