Hi .my height Is 5.3 and m 60 kg.I want to lose weight atlest 7 kg in month.please suggest me diet plan.I daily workout one hr in gym.

U need toe reduce that much no gym is required improve diet and exercise. Have more fibre in diet. Small and frequent meals will have consult me for 4-5 KGS weight loss in month.
