I want to lose fat, not muscles. Which of the below is better approach? 1. calorie deficit and no workout. 2. calorie deficit and cardio workout - 10 km walk. Please suggest.

Hi Have high protein diet and include high fiber . Keep your self hydrated. Have small frequent meals . Go for detox drinks .
