There is no need to be scared about this. The picture shows plaque and calculus deposits in your teeth and gums. The swelling is because of gingivitis caused by bacteria build up in gums because of poor oral hygiene. Pay a little more attention to your oral hygiene. 1. Brush twice daily. Once after breakfast and once before going to bed. Use toothpaste Omnident and a soft toothbrush. Apply it all over your teeth and leave for few minutes before brushing and rinsing. Use a correct brushing technique. After 2 weeks use a normal white toothpaste for brushing (no gels or ayurvedic toothpaste). 2. Use mouthwash Chlohex ADS undiluted 3 times a day for 2 weeks. After that you can use warm saline (salt water) to rinse. 3. Try using a floss to clean between the teeth. Use a thread floss or if possible get a Oracura water flosser (you get it online). It is very good for maintaining oral hygiene.
Next Steps
Visit a dental clinic and get a good Oral prophylaxis. Get your teeth polished to ensure smooth surfaces and less plaque deposition.

Need a teeth cleaning and polishing session. This situation of yours is totally reversible and good health can be reinstated given that you get teeth cleaning and polishing session as early as possible. If dental clinic near you is not functional do warm saline rinses 3/4 times a day.
Next Steps
in addition to brushing twice a day you should also floss your teeth daily atleast once so that this condition doesnot reappear.
Health Tips
if you can find any clinic near you thats the best thing as any medicine, gel, ointment, gargle will only work once you get cleaning and polishing session done.

Your gum condition can be improved by teeth scaling and polishing at the dental office. You can get it done once the lockdown gets over. In the meantime, brush your teeth twice a day using proper technique. Also, use a mouthwash such as hexidine for gargling specially after eating meals. That will also help to some extent in improving the condition of gums. In case of any swelling, apply mucopain gel over the gums and massage gently 2 3 times a day.
Next Steps
schedule an appointment with the dentist after the lockdown

It's not that bad of a condition to be so panic-stricken. Let the lock down be over and visit a dentist. For thorough scaling. As of now follow these, 1.Make sure you follow correct brushing technique which includes proper brushing of all surfaces of teeth. Wipe off all surfaces of teeth with soft clean cotton cloth with moderate pressure which will further smoothen the teeth surfaces, that will lead to least accumulation of microorganisms on tooth surface >> less chances of caries initiation and further food lodgement >>less accumulation of calculus/ stain formation. 2. Use dental floss for removing interdental food lodgement which doesn't come out sometimes even after brushing. 3.luke warm water salt gargle after few times per day. 4.tongue cleaning thoroughly with tongue scraper 5.mouthwash: orahex pro or hexidine. Once in every two days. After food. Do not eat drink anything or rinse for half an hour after spitting out the mouthwash.
Next Steps
visit dentist for scaling and polishing.
Health Tips
avoid any kinds of tobacco chewing smoking habit,  pan parag, khaini, guthkha etc.or alcohol consumption. which leads to poor oral hygiene as well as health.
