I feel all my front teeth along with one molar tooth are loose , it is not visible but I feel it when I push my teeth towards inside and touch it with my tongue . The mobility is not visible when I use my fingers or in the mirror . But sometimes I don't feel it at all.
I do not experience any pain and my gums look healthy.
I am concerned about it , what should I do to completely stop this .

You need to consult a gum specialist/ periodontist for proper assessment of your teeth and supporting tissues. This may indicate the onset of gum disease which affects young adults.
