Loose stools from many years
From last 6-7 years I have a problem of loose small stool. It's not diarrhea because it occurs only once a day. 6 years back I also had cholecystectomy done because I had gall stone. Is it related to that or something else?

Loose stools can be caused by a number of factors. It depends on your food intake on the previous day, the quality of food and water that you intake. If it is just a single stool then there should be nothing yo worry because that would be body's own way of detoxifying the system. If its 3 or more than 3 stools per day then you definitely need treatment based on more focussed history. Consult for more specific issues and if you have more questions
Next Steps
Keep yourself hydrated and feed on clean food
Health Tips
Make sure you drink adequate water and have a healthy diet. Avoid too fatty meals.
