Take ORS one glass after each motion.and probiotics.do not start antibiotics immediately

Don't start antibiotics directly. 
Next Steps
take Econorm sachets.. two times daily before food..  for 3 days..  with some water. Enterogermina liquid.. two times daily for three days before food..  Tab.  Pan 40mg once daily before breakfast for three days
