Loose apple shaped tummy
Hi , I am 28 years of age and is having apple shaped tummy .The fat on my body is on my cheeks neck and tummy only . My hands and legs are in good shape and it gives me a weird appearance. Doctor suggested me to loose 10 kg as I have sleep apnea as well. What steps I need to take care in such scenarios.

Hello.....you should follow diet for weight loss..... And do cardio exercises on daily basis. Try to follow these dietary tips: 1.six days a week try to eat home made foods. Once a week, one meal you eat outside. 2. Try eating sprouts or boiled pulses or two to three egg whites or milk in breakfast with a fruit and two almonds and two dry dates. 3. For lunch and dinner one chapati or one small bhakri, big bowl of dal or sambhar or pulse based vegetable or home made nonveg, two to three raw vegetables as salads, buttermilk and one teaspoon of flaxseeds. 4. Two fuits a day 5.0ne cup of milk in evening. 6. One cup Green tea without sugar and honey in morning and evening. 7. If hungry can take one bowl of soup. 8. Avoid sugary foods, fried foods and processed foods. Try and let me know the progress.
