Little to no appetite
Im 22 years old and i've always had an appetite problem so I only eat when im hungry. ive noticed that i only eat one real meal a day so my daily calorie intake is usually less than 1,000. i'm less 95-90 pounds and i find it strange how i always feel strong, energetic, and in good health despite all of this. side note, i hate forcing myself to eat because i would assume that it is be my bodies job to let me know when it wants food (in my case not very often)
