I have a little scratch due to a nail which I have cleaned to dishwash bar, I have taken titanus one your before, two year before I have taken titanus due to four times dog bites me in different times in between 2 year, should I take tt now, it is already 24 hours gone now

There is no need for Tetanus injection for this case . But you should take a proper course of Tetanus vaccination (three doses) which gives you immunity for 5 years.

If you had dog bite, you should have taken anti rabies vaccination, not merely tetanus. Also, tetanus injection is not required in current case. You can share wound photos for better assessment
