Lips do not close at rest

My front teeth show prominently as my lips do not close completely at rest. They close only when I realise that they have been open all this while. Is there a way to correct it?

You seem to have short upper lip. No amount of dental treatment can make the lips meet in relaxed posture unless you do surgical procedure... however you may try lip exercises to improve tonicity of lip muscles.
