its because of various factors lip dry out regarding your age would be because of dehydration,vitamin deficiency,over stressed.

It's mainly because of less intake of water , try to sip water frequently and apply some lip balm or vaseline on your lips.

One of the main reasons might be less intake of water by adolescents of your generation, because of our busy routine. Try consuming more amount of water and see the difference and even after that if you won't feel any change, consult a dentist to rule out any pathological conditions.

Lip dryness can be due to vitamin deficiency, obstruction of minor salivary glands, any kind of mild cosmetics you may be allergic to and it's seen that even people trying to moist there lips very often with saliva tends to get dryness. Even lip biting habit can cause the same
