My lipoprotein level is 37.6 .. and cholesterol LDL is 134 .. how to reduce it. And is it harmful.. please suggest

CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY. ADD WALK. IT EFFECTS ALL ORGAN INCLUDING  HEART MUSCLE,  THIGH, ABDOMEN.  NORMAL VALUE IS 30. Better to consult a MD physician/cardiologist. Till than  simvastatine20 mg one at night for 3 weeks,  not to stop as u need follow up.
