To manage cholesterol levels through diet, focus on consuming a variety of foods rich in soluble fiber like oats, barley, fruits, and vegetables, incorporating healthy fats like avocados, nuts, and olive oil, eating fatty fish like salmon and tuna for omega-3 benefits, choosing lean protein sources like poultry and legumes, limiting saturated and trans fats found in processed and fried foods, and opting for whole grains over refined grains, all while staying hydrated and being mindful of portion sizes.
