I got a test done in Jan where my cholesterol was a bit high , I took medication for a month and got myself tested today , what I got is my overall cholesterol has reduced but by triglycerides have increased from 100 to 149 and VLDL from 20 to 29 , which is still under borderline but still this change in a not even 2 months has me worried , can anyone suggest what can I do

Do not stop ur cholesterol lowering medication ,triglycerides level is not so high to give you medication add omega 3 1gm daily and do life style changes
