I have a small blister on my lip that appeared recently. It’s a bit painful and slightly swollen. The area feels tender, especially when I eat or talk. There’s no discharge, but the skin looks a little red and irritated. I’m not sure if it’s due to dryness, heat, or maybe an allergic reaction. I haven’t experienced anything like this in the past few weeks, and I don’t have any other symptoms like fever. Please let me know if any treatment or ointment is needed.
