Blood blisters on scrotum

Asked for Male, 23 Years

In the starting i got only 1-2 blood blisters on my scrotum but now there are so many small small blood blisters. I am virgin. Can anyone please suggest me something. I am very depressed and scared because of it. I am attaching pic of those
