Lightheadness due to low bp
Sir i am hypertensive patient and from last 2 years i am on telmisartan 40 and metoprolol medicine .sir from last 2 days my bp suddenly drops.sir from last 2days i am not eating medicine but bp still low 96/80. Sir what is reason behind this sir due to this i feel lightheadness and uneasiness sir what is solution for this

One reason which I want to guess is that Metoprolol leads to the fall of the pulse rate. If it is substantial then it may cause giddiness. If you have to maintain yourself on these two drugs then you should take Metoprolol at night. You may consult with your General Physician regarding a change of medicine schedule.
