Your LFT is within normal limits because you have been taking Udiliv 300mg BD. Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy is associated with increased in bile acid levels as well which can have an adverse effect on the baby. The best thing for you is to consult your gynaecologist in person and let her decide when to deliver you.

ALT and AST Levels exceeding 40 µmol/L have been associated with unfavorable effects on the fetus
Next Steps
Generally, levels of maternal ALP are expected to increase secondary to excess secretion of ALP by the placenta as well as development of fetal bones
Health Tips
Chances of delivery before 38 weeks is still likely
