Letrozole cycle
I am on Letrozole this cycle. Letrozole works by decreasing estrogen right? But Estrogen is essential for increasing endometrial thickness which is important for successful implantation right? Therefore, in a cycle with Letrozole is there a risk of thin endometrium? My estradiol level was 14 on day 2 of the cycle. My ET on Day 15 (after follicle rupture) was just 8.5mm. I have been given Susten 200mg orally for the next 15 days

8.5 mm ET is normal. Susten is not being given for increasing the thickness. It's given to support the implantation if happens

You have a point. Because there is a contradiction it is better to do the counseling of the patient sitting across the table. Patient should be knowledgeable and should be willing to face failures .

It is a very technical question. Risk of thin endometrium with letrozole is lesser. So not to worry.
