When you say all tests are normal
You need to ensure that the following test have been done
HSG to see if at least one tube is open or not
Amh should be more than two
Husband semen analysis should be normal
If these three reports are normal then it is a case of an explained infertility
You can proceed with two cycles of IUI if they fail you can proceed with IVF
