The white lesion, not a lesson in true sense though, seen is due to repeated biting of the soft tissue in that area. The soft tissue around wisdom tooth gives such an appearance due to lack of sufficient space around leading to recurrent trauma to soft tissue. Don’t worry at all it’s nothing incurable and is not posing any dangers to you. RELAX. Also, the side of your tongue adjoining your wisdom tooth has bite marks and is white! The cusps of your teeth are sharp and that’s usual for your age. If wisdom molar causes recurrent trouble like pain, cheek bite, reduced mouth opening, swelling it’s better to get it extracted. However, if it’s not and you are able to maintain its cleanliness you can retain it.
Next Steps
Get grinding of your sharp cusps. And wait and watch.
Health Tips
Don’t be tensed :) problem is very small

White lesions can have various causes and may require a professional evaluation to determine the exact nature of the condition. Here are a few possibilities: Leukoplakia: This condition can cause thickened, white patches on the mucous membranes, including those around the wisdom teeth. Leukoplakia is often associated with tobacco use, but it can also occur in non-smokers. It's essential to have it examined by a dentist or oral specialist to rule out any potential concerns. Oral thrush: This is a fungal infection caused by Candida yeast. It can manifest as white patches on the inside of the mouth, including the area around the wisdom teeth. Oral thrush can occur in individuals with compromised immune systems, as well as those who use antibiotics or have a dry mouth. A healthcare professional can diagnose and provide appropriate treatment for oral thrush. Wisdom tooth eruption: During the eruption of wisdom teeth, the surrounding gums may become irritated, leading to inflammation and the formation of white patches. In most cases, this is a temporary condition that resolves on its own once the tooth has fully erupted. However, it's always a good idea to have a dentist evaluate the situation to ensure there are no underlying issues. Given your age and lifestyle habits, it's positive that you don't smoke and only drink beer occasionally, as these factors can contribute to various oral health problems. The next step would be to schedule an appointment with a dentist or an oral specialist who can evaluate the white lesion, determine the cause, and recommend appropriate treatment, if necessary. They may perform a thorough examination, ask about your medical history, and possibly take a biopsy or recommend further tests to make an accurate diagnosis. Remember, this is general information, and it's always best to consult a dental professional for a proper evaluation and personalized advice.

It is because of wisdom tooth. Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. If you have any symptoms like pain, irritation or swelling,  visit a local dentist for physical evaluation, x ray and treatment as required.
