Legs and neck problem
Is there any relation between the neck or headache pain and unable to walk problem? I can't walk without support. Left side leg feel more sensation. Is this serious?

Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Headache Exercise. During a headache , try to close your right nose and your left nose to breathe. In about 5 mins, your headache will go.

You may be having- compression of the nerve/ spinal cord. Might need MRI scan. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury- dehydration also causes headaches on back side. Consult orthopaedic doctor.
