Leg pain after physio
I started my physiotheraphy recently for L5/S1 disc buldge and stopped medicine which i used before (renupa- pregabalin). I am feeling very uncomfort while sleeping with my whole left leg mild pain. But not pain at my back. Not able to understand why ?

Speak to your physio again and share you experience this will help him in guiding your treatment. Source of leg pain is also there at back.

Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged Quadriceps strengthening exercises-

Depend of the treatment day some time the pain increases then subside
