L5/S1 disc buldge
Guys sorry to ask this question here. Recently suffering from disc buldge and taking physio. Little bit pain is still happening. I got a habit of mastubutation. Is it good/ bad to have it while sleeping with back pain ?? Did my disc buldge happen because of mastubutation ?? Will any nutrition/ vitamin deficiency happens with masturbutation ?? Thanks

It may increase your pain because it is jerky movement. No the cause of disc buldge is not masterbation. No nutrional vitamin deficiencies are directly corealated with masterbation.
